​條款及細則 Terms and Conditions

"如果顧客對某些貨品不滿意,只要在購買日期7天内,帶同購物訂單發票列印本和未經啓封的貨品到 De'Longhi客戶服務中心作更換及退款。每件貨品只可退換一次。
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can exchange or return the new and unused products, together with the printed receipt, to the De'Longhi Customer Service Center within 7 days from the transaction date. Any products may only be retuned and replaced once."                
"此更換及退款安排,不適用於曾經使用、已拆包裝或損毀的貨品,及特價陳列品。
This exchange and refund arrangement does not apply to items that have been used, unpacked or damaged, as well as specially priced display items."                
"任何更換貨品如需上門回收,De'Longhi 將額外收取港幣$340費用。
If any replacement goods require door-to-door collection, De'Longhi will charge an additional fee of HK$340."                
"原單款項將於10天內退還至購物時所使用之付款方式。購物時若以信用卡付款,有關之款項將會退還至購物時所使用之信用卡戶口。
The original payment will be refunded to the payment method used for purchase within 10 days. If you pay by credit card when purchasing, the relevant funds will be refunded to the credit card account used when purchasing."                
"此購買單內的個人資料將會被De'Longhi HK 用於產品推廣及用戶流量調查用途,如不用接收有關推廣信息,請致電 2237-1313 要求停止使用有關資料。

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase or delivery. Please present the sales invoice or delivery receipt when seeking maintenance or repairs. Failure to provide this documentation will result in the product being considered for paid repairs. Please ensure that you keep your sales invoice or delivery receipt in a safe place.
