Remarks

  1. The quoted price shall be revised subject to the site measurement & the final confirmed drawings before production.

  2. 7 working days’ notice required for our commencement of installation. Work will not commence if the site is not ready. However, the client or the relevant Contractors, Designers, Architects insist us to proceed with the installation work at a premature site, any damages caused to the door and related product shall not be held responsible by Porte Plus Ltd.

  3. If the appliances provide by third parties requesting us to assist for installation will be subjected the mention work.

  4. Upon completion of works, the client or the relevant Contractors, Designers, Architects joint inspection shall be arranged for defect rectification and subsequent hand‐over within 10 working days after our notice. Otherwise, we shall not be liable to any damages, theft or losses incurred to the completed installation.

  5. This Quotation is valid for 6 months.

  6. The aforesaid deposit payment shall be non‐refundable.

 

Delivery

  1. The production and the delivery time totally is the 30 weeks after signing of quotation and confirmation of the drawing. Revise drawings or materials delay will be caused in production, the production time will be recalculated.

  2. Lead time of standard production and delivery by sea are estimated to take 8‐11 weeks for door frames.

  3. Lead time of standard production and delivery by sea are estimated to take 20‐25 weeks for door profiles and door leaves.

  4. 5 weeks for the sea freight from Italy to Hong Kong.

  5. Additional 2 working weeks & 4 working weeks to the lead time if the production/delivery span over Easter or Christmas holiday and over summer holiday respectively.

  6. Porte Plus Ltd shall not be liable to any delay due to any obstructions or any reasons caused by others. exact delivery time, subject to quantities and factory production schedule, shall be confirmed upon manufacturer's final confirmation of delivery schedule.

​​Warranty

  1. 1 years warranty after confirmation of the installation date for the doors ，artificial damage or improper use is not the warranty scope.

  2. Handover within 7 days after installation completed.

  3. If the site cannot provide a proper situation for door installing immeditaly, then a clean and safe interior area with suitable temperature and humidity should be provided for the placement of the door. The maximum time should be Less than 6 months. 

 

Payment term

  1. 60% Deposit upon signing of quotation. 

  2. 40% Payment upon before Italy delivery to Hong Kong
